DELTA®-THAN R
Universal elastic glue for connecting waterproof films at the overlap and adjoining brick, concrete and wood structures.
Provides water- and air-tight connection.
Application
- Seamless connection of under-roof films with brickwork, plaster, metal, plastic and wood.
- Applied in a continuous strand about 8 mm in diameter.
- Suitable for use with rough wood.
- Not used on polystyrene bases.
- Used as a roofing sealant for adjoin metal strips to walls and pipes.
- Used for gluing overlaps of waterproofing and drainage membranes.
- Available in 280 ml cartridges and 600 ml packs.
Technical data
- Material: synthetic rubber with solvent content.
- Maintains elasticity and adhesive strength over time.
- Belongs to non-hardening adhesives.
- Open work time: no more than 30 minutes at a temperature of +5 °C.
- Cartridge volume: 280 ml, weight about 285 g.
- Consumption: about 7 linear meters for a cartridge and about 14 linear meters for a 600 ml pack.
- Temperature stability: from -30 °C to +80 °C.
- The base must be clean, dry and strong.
- If necessary, preliminary priming of the base is required.
- Compatibility check with treated wood is required.
- Storage conditions: from +5 °C to +40 °C without UV exposure.
- Shelf life: 24 months.
- Remains functional after the end of the storage period with normal extrusion.
